We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Payments can be made by automatic withdrawal (ACH) from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at (563) 652-6891 or complete the Authorization for Direct Payment form and return it to us.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:
- Helps avoid late or missed payments, even if you are on vacation or out of town
- No need to write checks
- Assists in maintaining a good credit rating - your payment is always on time and there are no lost or misplaced statements
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
- Easy to sign up for and easy to cancel
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Please include the side stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited. Please send a check or money order only. Do not send cash.
Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm) customers can make payments at our office, located inside City Hall at 201 East Pleasant Street, Maquoketa, Iowa 52060.
Download "PSN Payments" from App Store® or Google Play™. If you registered online first, use those login credentials.
Other Payment Locations
As an additional convenience, we have a drive-up drop box located just otside our office on East Pleasant Street. Postage is not necessary when using the drop box. Please be sure to drop your payment in the box marked "ELECTRICITY". The drop box is available 24 hours a day.
